This site couldn’t have happened with the help from the following people, who I would like to thank profusely! Ok, I tell a lie, it could have happened without them, its just quicker for me if they help/provide code/exist etc…
- Another Adam – (remember we talked about him on the about page). He built all initial XHTML and CSS for this design (which I made in Photoshop) – which is good because as I’ve been out of touch with the CSS/XHTML world for so long I’d forgotten quite a bit.
- Rick Olson – although I’ve never met or even spoken to him, he has been of great inspiration since I started with Rails. The code highlighting javascript was inspired from Warehouse and the site uses the great and time saving, attachment_fu. Also, quite a bit of the code for the RainMaker plugin system came from his Mephisto/Beast plugin system.
- Kev – I worked with Kev (and still do every so often) for a while, he taught me quite a lot of what I know about Photoshop these days, so thats brilliant.
- David HH – we have to include him don’t we? Without him Rails wouldn’t exist and this site wouldn’t have been made nearly as quickly, so yeh, there he is.
- Various iStockPhoto Artists – most of the images on this site almost certainly come from iStock and without images the site would look rubbish.
I think thats about it for now, although I think the list may well grow over the next year or so…
